Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothie

We hope if your resolution was to stay healthy and eat better, you're still on track! If you've strayed a little, let's help you get back on board with your 2013 resolution with our blueberry-pomegranate smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 2 Tbsp. flax meal
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
Directions:
  1. Blend berries, juice, flax meal and honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt and ice; blend until smooth.
