Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 2 large, very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries or rasberries or a combination
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 cup ice
Directions:
- Pulse oats in a blender several times to grind.
- Add juice, bananas, berries, honey and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
